Conditions of Acceptance:
Products offered by Reel Innovations, LLC are offered, conditioned upon acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without modification. Purchase of these products constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
You agree that your decision to purchase our products is not the result of sales skill, persuasion, or knowledge on our part, but rather, your own decision that such products suit your specific needs and with full knowledge of the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
What is our pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We do offer written quotes, which are good for 30 days from the date of each quote.
What are our Terms of Payment?
All orders are to be paid at time such orders are placed, via certified funds, unless and until accounts with terms are established.
Orders paid for, are to be paid in US dollars and, related to accounts with terms, payments are to be made via bank wire transfer to our bank account.
What is our policy regarding orders damaged in transit?
Any shipments which result in claims for loss or damage while in transit or during delivery must have claims filed by Consignee with carrier as soon as damage is evident. If such damage is apparent prior to opening the related shipment, it must be noted (with pictures) with driver of the freight company upon delivery or attempted delivery of the related shipment.
Claims for errors or shortages must be filed within 10 days of receipt of related shipment.
Are Returns Allowed? And if so, with what conditions?
All sales are final and no products may be returned to Reel Innovations, LLC for any reason, without prior written authorization from Reel Innovations, LLC.
Written authorization, if given, will be done so only in reply to a written request via E-mail to Reel Innovations, LLC. The request must itemize the product(s) to be returned with an explanation of reason for such request. Requesting such authorization does not, in and of itself, qualify for such authorization.
We do charge a 20% re-stock fee, for “like new” product returns. “Like new” means that they have not been used or altered in any way and are received in the “new” condition in which they were originally shipped.
There are no refunds for custom orders.
What is Our Warranty?
Reel Innovations, LLC warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship and fit for the ordinary purpose for which such products are designed to be used, for 1 year from date of purchase, providing such products are used unaltered, used as intended and under normal usage. Such warranty is not transferrable beyond original ownership by end-user. No other warranties, including Merchantability, or Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose, are expressed or implied.
We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise as we deem appropriate, if such equipment has been used in a manner consistent with the use and function it was designed for. Claims related to products used in some manner not intended, or products altered before or during use, neglected, installed improperly, or used in any non-ordinary manner, will not be allowed.
Limited liability:
Reel Innovations, LLC’s liability related to operation and use of products produced by Reel Innovations, LLC is limited to the replacement cost of such products. Any and all claims of liability will require inspection of the related product by Reel Innovations, LLC personnel or agents acting on behalf of Reel Innovations, LLC.
Reel Innovations, LLC disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way, suffered by any person, connected with the use or misuse of Reel Innovations, LLC’s products.
Purchasers of Reel Innovations, LLC’s products agree to indemnify Reel Innovations, LLC, its officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, expenses (including attorney’s fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from use of products offered by Reel Innovations, LLC, including, without limitation, any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by User of these terms and conditions.
